When you rent a property from us you deal directly with the Landlord for all aspects of your tenancy – we take the initial enquiry and carry out viewings, we manage our own property during your occupation and deal with the expiry of the tenancy when it comes to you moving on.
We’re based in West Yorkshire and let all types of residential premises from bedsits, studios and flats to larger houses. We also have several commercial premises in the portfolio too.
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and being fair and reasonable. As a result, many of our tenants stay with us for years. We have a tenant who has been with us for over 15 years and many others have been with us for over 5 years.
